Hydrogen fuels seem to be the next target. The only problem here is hydrogen can't combust on its own. Their must be a mixture of another substance. . . I guess Organic Chemistry was useful![]()
Hydrogen powered vehicles do not use hydrogen for combustion power, they are FUEL CELL powered, which is creates electricity by breaking the hydrogen electron away from the proton, capturing that electron for use in a storage/battery, the wasted proton then binds with Oxygen and the waste product of the reaction is H20...or water...
Maybe you were thinking of Natural gas powered vehicles, but you are right...all combustion requires oxygen for the combustion to occur.....
