I don't think anyone here on this board can say it was bijou's fault and crap like that.... even if the road was really wide and all it is always the person behinds fault unless we are talking about a lane change.... but this was not a lane change..
it is the a-holes fault that hit bijou and that person did not admit fault to their insurance company which made all this crap happen.
man i really feel for you, especially since you did nothing wrong and have to put up with all this s*** that you are in now....
if you know the guys address and know some gangs... (which I'm sure you do since you are korean) then its time to go pay his car a visit.....
or just get some dog s*** and lodge it under his car door handle....

Hey buddy, what's up? You were right about the headlight thing not being as important as all the other accident bulls*** as I have read here on the board.
There are a few things to remember about IL state from past accident history:
a) If you were rear ended it is the other drivers fault no matter what. If that driver has no insurance, the state will go after him while your insurance helps you.
b) If you have no insurance in the listed (a) above then until the state/nice insurance firm (back prorate bulls***) can secure funds from said driver they can't really help you
c) If you had no insurance, no matter what, and an attorney presents your case to the judge, no matter what, the judge will throw your ruling out of court and you just spent some money with the attorney.
d) If damages are less than $5,000.00 in the state of IL and insurance was impending on the closure or late payment (check in the mail) there is the borderline possibility that you will be stuck with it...
What does all of this mean - be weary of the attorny fee's and use your own discretion how much you would be willing to spend and/or lose. In addition, I have a friend who is a body guy. He works in a body shop and has his own outside of work. He has been doing this for 20 years and has done all my body modifications and/or repairs at about 50% the lowest rate you can find. I'm sure he can help you. PM/call me. You know how to.
