Engine swap, Immobilizer, and ecu

I recentley did an engine swap from an 08 ms3 red(donor) to my 08 ms3 silver. I changed the complete engine and transmission, ECU, engine wireing harness, and other misc. stuff. I also changed the ignition switch by the steering wheel and door lock. (so that i can use a key from red ms3 since the ECU is from it). I went to start a car, but starter would not turn, and key in cluster blinked rapidly. (i used a key from red ms3). Btw, red ms3 started and was drivable before i took the engine and ecu from it.
My question is, is there any other computer or sensor like immobilizer that prevents me to start the car? Thanks

i believe only the dealer can re-program the ECU to the Key

...im hoping you just typed this wrong...but why in the world would you swap an 08 mazdaspeed 3 engine into an 08 mazdaspeed 3??? (uhm)

maybe he crashed it and bought shell with blown motor for good price.....

Well, i dont know if my older posts are available, I already mentoned that I bought a ms3 without engine, it was a theft recovery.
Basically ecu, speedo, and fusebox under glove box, come as one package, they are programmed to eachother, so they cannot be seperated, if one of them is not changed, car will not start.
Drives like new now(shady)(drive2)
