You need a 5W30 per mfg recommendation. That 5 on the bottom end is important, as is staying away from 40 wt and higher.
You will benefit from running a full synthetic.
Beyond that, it's a beauty contest with fanboys for just about all the brands. Choose any major brand, so long as it meets ALL the mfg's standards set forth in your owners manual.
It ain't rocket science, but full synthetic is better for the temperatures inside the turbo housing. There is an oil line to and from the turbo shaft journal and that oil gets very, very hot.
