Engine noise?

i have noticed that my ms3 at idle has a pretty loud ticking noise. i know that its probably the direct injection but i just wanted to make sure. how loud are your guy's ms3's?

I hear the same but wouldnt call it loud.

I've been told that it's the direct injection and that it is a little noisy, but I'm one of those people that really freaks when my car sounds wierd.

yeah im like that too. i listen to every little noise the car makes. im really crazy i know haha. my buddy was like what is that clicking noise? i said its direct injection, you know 1600 psi is going to make some noise haha.

starting from a light I sometimes get a humming sound with slight vibration and mazda cant duplicate the noise so they don't do anything about it just wandering if any one els has had the same problem
