Yo guys! What can I do to my engine to be able to run 12psi safely with the stock turbo? I already installed the Turbohoses hardpiping kit and I also installed the Injen CAI. I have a custom 2.5" cat-back system also.

i would say internals WITH engine management... hehe... but the "easier" way, i would say engine management and have it tuned really well.

I would have an engine built if I were you. Yeah, it will probably take it for a little while, but not too long.

If this is your Daily Driver, think about it.

12psi safely? Forged internals, fuel & timing management with a fairly conservative tune. FMIC, full exhaust to get the heat away as quickly as possible.

Heat is the enemy

Don't run all out at 12 psi for daily driving. Better to get a 2 stage boost controller and keep stage 1 @ stock and stage 2 @ 10 psi or less on 93 octane. I have gone up to 14 psi on 100 octane. Use stage 2 for short burst versus sustained driving or take offs. Your MSP will last longer this way. I love the look on the other drivers face when I flip to stage two after takeoff. Just my 02 cents.

Heat = Good = Power

You want to be safe? Get forged internals and a big intercooler. 12psi on that turbo is going to generate too much unnecesary heat that may cause detonation. Engine managent may be needed.

unwanted heat = BAD (in terms of heat just being trapped under the hood)

channeled heat = GOOD (in terms of a good flowing exhaust).

Thanks guys for your help. You probably would see my 1/4 mile stats in the draggers rights sticky pretty soon. I'm going with the EMS + FMIC + forged internals + fuel management setup. I'm also going to run a EBC. Thanks again.
