Engine compartment light?

I searched the MSP forums but did not find anything relating to the title. I was checking my oil level in the evening and had to use a flashlight.

Has anyone installed an engine compartment light on their own? I was looking in the engine compartment of an RX 8 and he had some cool blue LEDs that were nicely done.

Look into that pn the MS3 section, their installing a really nice LED bar along the side of the hood scoop. It'll fit easily on any car with a little bit of work. I was so jealous when I saw some of those in person. You never have any light and they were doing installs at night with that light. Made it look so easy.

Thank you for the heads-up. I posted over in the MS3 section in reply to an older thread about an engine bay light but nothing but the cricket syphomny so far..
