Engine choking in 3rd/4th gear under full throttle

I have experienced this three times already in the past 5 days. It never happened before (the past 6500 miles). When I floor it, around different rpms, the engine chokes, it stops pulling just for a fraction of a second and then pulls again with full power. It makes me realize though how much power and torque I have under full throttle when that "pause" arrives.

Is there anybody else experiencing this? Sorry if this matter was already discussed.

Do you have any mods done or are you completely stock? I think you are in need of a reflash on the ECU.

Agreed 100%. My car did this when new, plus the added benefit of a smoke-screen behind my car during full WOT runs. A reflash fixed both problems.

The only mod I have is MS CAI. So what I should do is just disconnect the battery for a few minutes?

Take it to the dealer and get the computer reflashed.

Did you reset the ecu during the install of the cai?

Mine was late november. I'd say get er reflashed.

im gona get mine reflashed, i bought mine in november so it probably needs its
