In THEORY, the same two cats would lower emissions. However, our cats are designed for a given air flow. The high flow turbos might push more air than the cats can process. BUT, you could always turn boost down to almost zero for emissions, and for all intensive purposes be running stock emissions-wise. Someone else may know more.
