ELEmental's Car Progress Thread

some people want to total package... my car will be VERY fast, and sound very good. I dont care much for shows, but I want my car to look good too. I also dont care too much about racing, so beating someone else in ANY respect isn't my goal, its for my own enjoyment. I KNOW Ahmad, and for the most part (save for the fact he does show his car) he feels the same way I do about what a car is for an individual person. I feel that it is many things... not some faux racecar on the street.
Respect...

Your car is ******* beautiful man.

I can't wait to see it either. Been up at the shop assisting through the whole process. Hopefully done by next week!

(werd) Then maybe my car will go in for the beautification process! Car's looking good Ahmad. In person I couldn't believe how well Wen Feng hooked it up! Also, if you do get kicked out, we could be roomates man.

I'm tempted to come to Dallas when I do put my car in the shop just so he can do the work. The results so far are impressive...

I got a few hours of work in today at the body shop, but I forgot the battery for my camera!.. I will have pictures Monday night. Basically the front clip was fully put back together, the areas of the body that needed to be wetsanded got some special attention from a guy that did the JoTech Supra. I also loaded the E6X map from Juan. That just leaves the radiator before I can finally start the car. (dance)

you dont need no stinkin radiator... start that b****!!!!!!!!!!!

or borrow one or somehitng.... must run....

RAWR!!! then you drive up here, so I can see it... I'm tearing my engine out next week.

about 500 miles, 7 hours or so, depending on the way you go... I personally would go up to dallas and take hwy75 instead of I35 > I44

I agree with Ryan on this one. When I went to Tulsa this summer, I made the mistake of taking I-35 up to Oklahoma City. Just remember when you get there, that Tulsa is like 80 MORE miles to the east down that tollway (whatever it is called).

the Turner Turnpike. coming up 75 you still get a little bit of toll, but only $1.25 worth, plus the $0.60 in tulsa on the Creek tnpk.
