Shaved Handles!

I went by the shop today to take the front and rear bumpers off, to my surprise he had already finished shaving the door handles. I wish I could have taken a picture of the metal pieces he cut out to weld onto the door. He spent a LOT of time, they fit perfectly.

Anyway, here are the pictures:

The body shop guy does good work from what I have seen on friends cars. I know this will come out really nice when done. Hopefully we (JDM Sam, Matt, and I) can get that shop a LOT of business too. I believe LinuxRacr will be taking his car up to the same shop to fix his vandalizm.

UPDATES FINALLY!!!! SCORE!!!

I just came back from the body shop and the car has been painted. Ignore any runs or the major orange peel. He put a lot of coats of clear coat so that when he buffs it he can get the shine that looks like it has a coat of water on it.

My bodywork took so long because I wanted perfection, and thats what I got. I paid $150 for the panel in the engine bay that a CAI normally goes into because mine was slightly bent. The body shop welded it in and filled in the seams to be exactly like stock. You cannot tell that this car was in a wreck at ALL.. Thats what I wanted since this is a show car.

The HiBoost install starts tomorrow and I am hopeing it will be done on saturday

Shaved handles are kinda weird. What if you lose your keyless entry or the battery in the remote dies?
