EGR valve causing lean condition?

I have an intermittent problem. Somedays light throttle AFR will stay on target at 14.4ish but other days it will hold right at 16.2 AFR. I am suspecting it might be an EGR problem. Am I wrong in assuming this? The lean condition also causes bucking in between gears and when letting off the gas. There are no problems with WOT or heavy throttle.

you would have a code if it was the egr. I think I remember mine doing the same thing after my tune, leaning out at tip in. Look into what your fuel trims are doing at that throttle position. See if your ecu is trying to push fuel when it leans out.

i did get a code for low egr flow once about a week ago but hasnt returned since
