Edmun.coms economy car comparison test
Hey everybody,
This is related more to the Prot not the MP3 or MazdaProtSpeed but hey I thought I let you know about Edmun.coms economy car comparison test. Eight cars, and the Protg ES ended up in third place, loosing to the Hyundai Elantra and the Civic. At first I was extremely disappointed when I found this out, HOWEVER the review is quite good and accurate (even on the ESs lower points) They basically call the Protg ES the economy car to HAVE if you are looking for the fun, NOT-boring economy car.
The Hyundai Elantra beat the protg not so much on ride, ergonomics or interior but on price and longer warranty. And the Civic? Well, they simply put it on top based on quieter interior, ride and quality material. And as anProtg ES owner, I have to admit that the Civic does have a quieter ride and materials are of better quality.
I LOVE the intro to the Protg ES review Economy sedans aren't supposed to be fun to drive, but apparently no one told Mazda..
