ECU Flash voids the warranty???

This is all horseshit. I just bought my MSP two weeks ago and I am already having problems. Dealerships can kiss my ass. I called them back this morning about the flash and the guy took 45 minutes to call me back to tell me that they didn't have the software to do the flash. He then told me to call back in two or three weeks and they might have the software. For anyone in the area of Raleigh, NC- I spoke with Gino (in service) at the Al Smith Mazda off Wake Forest Rd. and I need to know what to do. I just want to have a flashed MSP- is that too much to ask?!?

Call mazda customer service.
They will call and yell at them for being stupid.

when you shift, the exhaust gases spooling the turbo sorta stop and the turbo has to respool...
THAT IS NOT HESITATION. Just Turbo lag.

...thats only the case if you have no BOV or bypass valve....and being that the MSP has a bypass vavle and that its a ball bearing t-25 turbo it should have no lag....I have felt the hesitation and it feels like way to much fuel..
