But else yeah... I checked w/ the dealership on Boundary and they didn't know yet but we're gonna check for me...

I'm going there this thurs anyways.. so hopefully they have it ready for me by then...

Nope, mine either. The service manager would "look into it when he could"; that was last Friday. So far still nothing today.

OK. I have been given word that this TSB or update what ever you want to call it is available to the dealers via the Mazda Dealer Portal. Ask them to check their Portal Sites for info.

However, they might be instructed only to divulge info if there is a reported problem.

I did last week.

My dealership blows....and especially when they know my car has been stalling for the past 7 months.

I guess they are too busy trying to sell off their RV vehicles since it's the end of the season.

Call Mazda Customer Service and have them contact your dealership.

Rattle some chains man! You didn't pay 27,000.00 to get ****** around did you?

Tell'em to contact the Dealership in Peterborough, ON.

Get them working for you. That is why they are there.

Call'em every half hour until you get a satisfactory response.

You are entitled to good service.

Long story short...I contacted Canada Customer Relations 6 months ago and complained. I was apparently a Priority 1 for receiving the first Flash update....and I see that never happend.

I will be contacting Customer Relations again...

Argus Mazda has the FIX!

Argus Mazda in Hull, QC (across the river from Ottawa) knows about the fix and I'm scheduled for it next Wed. I just wish I could get it earlier! damn work gets in the way of everything.

They say we should all be getting something in the mail in the next week or so.

I went into Gyro Mazda on Friday, they didn't know what the hell I was talking about. They said the standard "The US gets it before us", BUT....they did say they would look into it, they took my name and #, and i gave them the flash #.
I am waiting to hear.
Had I gone to Erin Mills Mazda, where i bought my 'Speed, they would have told me to f-off.

Just got off the phone with my dealer....I am booked for the flash Wednesday night.....could have gone tommorow but they did not have a appoinment available.

Everyone get on your dealers ass....the update is on the portal now and can be downloaded. It takes a hour or so to download and setup on the machine that programs the PCM.

So if your dealer says they do not have it....they have just not downloaded and installed it.
