ebay crossed drilled slotted rotors

Not to bad. Hey guys I can actually do a GB for the Protege's or other model Mazda's. The price for this is $135 shipped for all 4 rotors. Heres the description of the rotors. DESCRIPTION Let me know if you guys are interested.

haha, id be in if i didnt alreay buy new ones!!! but if you wanna do a group buy on brake pads im in!!! lol looks like a very good product

i can actually stand behind r1 concept rotors. i bought all 4 slotted and drilled rotors off of ebay for $150.00 shipped from r1 conepts. i was skeptical on how cheap it was but the description had some good selling points.

i had have them on my car for about half a year now, and r1 concepts was right. they didnt rust so far and they do help my breaking. ive had no problems with them and they seem to be reliable. not to mention that i get tons of complements on my brakes and it improved my look dramatically.

if i had to, id buy rotors from r1 concepts agian.

All of our rotors are ISO Certified meeting with OEM spec. Size, weight, and dimensions are the same as OEM. There will be no type of modifications during installation.

so it's 135 shipped now or its 135 shipped w/ the GB

It can be done now or with the GB. I'll hold the price there for members here.

lol I was going to get some from ebay from R1 but shipping was tooo much. Oh well.

You have a good price.

y so cheap compared to other slotted/drilled rotors. :( that's my only skepticism

The reason why our price is so competitive is because we do our own machining. We've been doing this for about 8 years now. Not only our product but alot of big names out there as well. I cant mention who because of our contract but they are well known brake companies. Our profit margin is not high due to us selling it in volume.

wont the zinc plating on the rotors cause rust because of oxidation and the brake dust. these were some other rotors i was looking at. obviously they are going to try to make theirs sound better but:

Zinc Plating: The reason our competitors use zinc plating is because it is cheap. Zinc is not designed for exterior use. Rotor is dipped into metal solution to coat it. It comes in Black, Gold or Sliver. Zinc looks like a million dollars when new. Once installed it will only last a couple of months. The friction surface of the rotor coated with zinc slows down the bedding process. Brake dust mixed with the road elements forms hydrochloric acid which eats away the zinc.

Powder Coated: We use polyester base powder coat which is designed for exterior use. Powder coating does not rust unlike zinc plating. The hat, veins and outer edge of the rotor is coated to prevent rusting. Powder coat will protect the rotor much better than zinc plating or hi-temp spay paint.

Hey, I think those are the ones I have sitting in the garage patiently waiting for the brembo/hawks to get the rest of the way worn out. When the pads are done the rotors will be too so I have a set of these & some kevlar/metallic pads & goodridge ss lines to go back on.
