Dyno with MBC @ 18psi

The fact is you gotta have a big boost spike to get the car to hold higher boost up top. my car will spike 22psi if I load it up but if I rail it through the gears its 18psi solid in 4th and 5th. Turn it up.

Ps. i wouldnt run anything less than the red spring in the forge. The car wont hold boost plain and simple without it. I tested all the different setups and this one works all around the best, and still blows off down low. I plan on running shims and redspring at the track. I wanna hold that boost. LOL

how about putting "untuned" to rest. Loosh's car screamed with the CPE zero'd out and just upping the boost. It served as nothing more than an expensive map clamp and boost control.

Pale, increase that boost, install the PG pump and dyno that monster!

Driver, I thought the Turbosmart MBC didn't spike which is why you opted to use that instead of the Forge which did spike. Spikes "less" ??

lets post up some videos of ours boost gauges running threw a couple gears and see whos car holds boost the most consistently, that would be interesting.

im happy to say that all of my goodies will be in, and hopefully installed within 2 weeks.

shooting for 320whp on stock turbo, 350+ with the meth setup

heres mine set at around 16-17 psi so i wont fuel cut in the cold weather. you can see even with my stock BOV it spikes around 18 then settle to 15 or so at red line. when it warms up i will show how it acts at 18-19 psi.

BTW that was a 20-80mph punch starting late in first gear thas why it didnt hit full boost untill 2nd gear.
