This is a pretty common way to lean out the fuel mixture on a car/bike and raise power. Our ECU is too smart for this and it won't do jack. It's potentially dangerous in a boosted application, if it did work, depending on how much the sensor curve is altered. IAT is largely irrelevant in a boosted car anyway.

All this is is a couple resistors in a pretty box, you could whip this up at home for about 30 cents worth of bits.
