Just a message for the CT peeps out here.

Do not use Dworkin's service department. They are very shifty.

They tried overcharging me twice for things and have been very unprofessional to deal with, especially when I wanted a simple TSB worked on. If you want details about it PM me.

dealer suck dealership ct connecticut service bad

When I went to initially buy my MSP I went there first. They had one salesman and he must of thought I was some sort of a jackass because I left there almost laughing at the fact that he said there are no more MSP's in CT and the last one around was his yellow demo car with about a 100 miles on it. He wanted to charge me sticker for the car along with giving me next ot nothing for my old car. I went to Modern Motors afterwards and bought my car through them. They had every color and there salesman was very informative about these cars and the possibilities.

I bought my MSP from Modern Mazda and went back there for the flash, they didnt want to help me at all. I the went to dwarkin and they have beed very good to me. The teck even ordered me new bushings with out me even asking

kinda same here. i had AWFUL buying experience with morande in manchester so i drove over 2 hours and waited my 9 months with modern. Modern was reall y good to me and i have taken my car to morande for service sicne i got it and morande has been A+++ in service. I still wouldnt buy anything fromt hem tho

I vote for Tony March in Hartford. Their sales may suck...when I arrived to pick my car up they realized they didn't have a certificate of origin and had to go get me another one over the weekend...but their service rules. They told me about the flash during my first oil change and said they'll do the bushings during the next, rattle or not...nice guys.

I went to modern and basically assisted them in getting the flash. When you had gone there, Jernut, you were the first to mention something, and they hadn't gotten an email yet. I harassesed Duane Black, the service Manager, and he got everything set-up. They had a lot of trouble with the load in, and it took a couple weeks, but I got my flash. :D

the techs will often replace things like the bushing without you asking because they know they will get SOME pay out of it. If they are volunteering work like this, they muct be slow in the service department. the guys are taking on warranty work...means they dont have any "customer pay" cars laying around.

aaaah, that explains it. There's no way a dealership will do something extra just from the kindness in their hearts.
