this brings up a beef i have with a lot of "body kits" that are out there

why is it that aftermaket kits seem to have this mentality that the more unnecessary fins, dips, large openings/vents, and complex patterns make it look good?

just horrible, it doesn't flow with the rest of the car and stands out obviously. it doesnt enhance the car, just makes it seem like 2 different things, making each part seem worse.

I notice most kits make a car look like a high end car but in an extreme way, ex. the R32 kit for Hondas.
