Sorry to hear about your car man. Everytime I hear something like this, I get extremely fired up and want to deliver the maximum damage I can inflict on people like that.

When something like that happened to me, I was at a light when this Hispanic driver tapped my Silver '03 Tiburon GT, I got so pissed that I got out of the car, yelling "What the HELL! On the ground, on the ground!!!" He was soo drunk that he actually did it. I waited for the cops to come by and it turns out that he had half a liter of Bacardi Limon and wanted to go for an afternoon drive. His insurance estimated for ~$800 worth of damage just realigning and painting the bumper. Luckily it was silver, and I managed to realign it myself and buff the damage out. You couldn't even tell any damage existed. I kept the $800 for a downpayment on my MSP.

If they hit and run how did you know they were drunk, had no insurance...or were Mexican for that matter. They could have been Puerto Rican, Cuban, Spanish, Columbian, or an East Indian guy with a mustache! Did they scream, "Us drunken Mexican's with no insurance are getting out of here!!!"???
