the car is at the shop right now, getting CP pistons and Oliver rods ... nitrous, 4 extra injectors, port polish exhaust/intake/head. Hopefully he'll hit the 12s before the end of the season =)

to answer your other question ... some people have blew up their engine with as low as 9psi i think. so i guess it depends if you're lucky or not. At one point, i had a vacuum problem that made my boost spike really high and pulse all the time. it would spike at about 15psi then go up and down between 8 and 10psi. I had an FCD that weekend (that's when i did a 14.3) and nothing happened. Focus' electronic boost controller fried, so he used a small manual controller which are known to spike often. His would peak at maybe 12 or 13psi and then drop around 9psi, but on his last run, it spiked at 17 and the rod bent.
you shouldnt go over 10psi on a stock engine just to stay safe (unless you take proper precautions). and if you can deal with fuel cut, don't use an FCD because its probably the only thing that can save your engine cuz s*** happens.

Second off, I didn't get into the twelves. I would have but the #4 connecting rod decided it didn't like itself anymore and commited suicide. That would have been fine and dandy but it decided it didn't like the block, starter, or turbo and decided to take them out on its way out.
However I did manage to get 11 runs in before it decided it didn't like itself. Maybe that had something to do with it.
Best et. was 13.15 @ 105.4mph
Best 60' was 2.067
Both were done at 13psi.
