Ok,heres the deal, any one who wants a Downpipe and cat eliminator needs to contact me at OneSlowSol@excite.com. I set up a group buy today, but need to get the first order filled by Sun. 4-20-03 night.I talked to the guys making this for us and set this up today(4-18-03).I need anyone who is VERY(i mean w/ money to pay now)interested to contact me direct so i can get these guys your info on the D/P.This D/P showed 11HP gain on the dyno on stock trim at the wheels! Very impressive!I got a good deal on this set-up so if you are intersted let me know ,if you got Q's let me know or E-mail me,THIS IS A GOOD DEAL !I want to knowthe Q's you guy's have let me know!:D

Pricing? Dyno sheets? Can a cat be added?

you may want to list things like price, pictures, dimensions and all the other fun stuff that goes along with it like what kind of steel/alluminum its made of.

otherwise i'd be highly interested and could come up with money immedietly

OK , i'm not even gona discuss the details with anyone unless i know you are seriously interested it would be a waste of my time!I told you its worth 11HP at the wheels!so what is that like 16 -20 at the wheels? I think That speaks for its self!Alright here is the pricing,$205+ship(uncoated) or $265+ship(thermal coated /in &out).I could have gotten an excellent price on my own D/P but i decided to split the savings with everyone on this forum?Dont know why ,you guys treat me like a red headed step-child but i still love ya'll!:D so let me know what other Q's you have!

very interested.. but just a newbie question.. wut's a cat eliminator? u take out your cat-back system.. isnt that an eliminator already?

OK,heres some more info i should have posted in the beginning but i kinda forgot to because i was in a hurry last night sorry? The D/P is made from stainless steel and has a flex section built into it.It also has the O2 bung welded in its original location. The pipe is 2.5 inches and did result in 11HP at the wheels on the dyno on a stock MSP!WOW!!! Great results!!THIS PIPE IS ONLY FOR AN MSP for those of you who own a P5 or MP3 ,once again sorry!I need to get at least 5 people together to get this price on the D/P and who are ready to purchase it on Mon. 4-21.So far i have two definetes (myself and another member on the board)but i have not yet returned my e-mails (so i'm not sure who else is ready to buy)The pricing is as follows...$205+ship uncoated or$265+ship W/thermal coating .What i need from anyone who is seriuosly interested is an e-mail w/any questions you still may have or if you are ready to buy ,I will need your name and shipping address along w/ a contact number so I may pass the info along to the guys at the shop.I will have them contact you about payment as i can not take care of that part(they will need to do it)Shipping prices will be in the range of $15-$25 for the west coast or $25-$35 for the east coast area. They do want payment up front for these pipes as they do not want to make pipes that are not paid for sitting around(at first, they want to see what kind of demand they are going to be looking at)They should have the pipes ready to ship somewhere around the 1st of may if we get the required amount of people to do the buy in. OK ,think this is all the info you should need(or i have),but if you have any further Q's please post them or e-mail me OneSlowSol@excite.com. Sorry if i seemed short in my post last night but i was really tired SORRY GUYS :D Thankx,Matt:cool:

Boostisgood did post the correct dyno information and link above.
Thanks Craig:)

I'd love to get in on that HP but here in NC we have Vehicle Inspections......wouldn't something like this make me fail the visual and emissions inspections???

For all you guys that have emissions inspections(we have them here in Ohio too!)this pipe is a direct bolt in and can be swapped out for your stock D/P and cat pipe when it's time to take your ride to the sniffer or inspection station. It shouldnt take an experienced exhaust shop more than 30 min to swap this pipe. For you guys that are mechanically inclined(like myself),you should be able to swap out this pipe in your garage in no more than an hour or so!

Got that right Matt. I would do it about a week or 2 before your emissions test though. And reset the computer, so it dont get all confussed about not cat then a cat lol.

did you measure what kind of boost you were running or what it went up if it did when the down pipe was bolted on? as a rule the boost usually goes up once you free up the restrictive stock exhausts from what i know. i'm figuring once my hard pipes are put into place if anything were ever to go wrong while under warrenty they'd look at me and laugh, which really isn't an issue but something others who are worried about should think about before bolting on actual power adders, not something you really have to worry about so much with just a K+N filter.

you'll get an email from me about this and a possible 3rd for your ordering

you will prolly get a CEL. the ecu knows there are 2 cats, when one isn't working it gets angry. ask hector (Exhaust Depot), he has got another setup in the works. i want something like this but i'de like to keep my car smog legal. down here in southern cali, thats gonna be hard without 1 cat. hector is making one with a high flow cat and dp

I would love one and could afford it but not on such short notice, in about 2 weeks I could. I think the notice was short, i know alot of people would buy this product if you could get it at a later date? Or for this pricing is that not available. Thanks
