Does this plug suggest anything abnormal???

I just finished changing the spark plugs on my 2002 Protege LX 2.0. It has 66,000km and this is the first time the plugs have been changed.

I've attached a photo of one of the plugs (they all are similar).

Does this look like normal wear??? It's got a dark, dry, sooty black layer around it... not sure if I should be concerned.
