does the 3 come w/power windows and locks

i saw online that you can get 16" wheels and cruise and other crap w/power windows and locks..........but i'm only 17 and am trying to get the cheapest one possible.......so does it come w/power locks and windows or is it only available in a package?

If you use mazda credit they will put 500$ toward your car.

THe price between a base 3I and a 3s is only a couple hundred dollars, and the i does not come with A/c you have to add it(after you add it you might as well just buy the base 3S) ,I just bought a base 3s with Power package(windows,doorlocks,keyless) and alloy wheel package (16 inch) for 16,099 invoice was 15,999

I agree with tony on that one.. you'd be a lot happier in the end if you splurged the few extra bucks and got the base 3s. it's just a better deal, plus you get better seats and the color matched grille etc etc.
