got mine for $250 IIRC... pretty decent condition... needed tires though... i would say you could score a set between $250-$400.. you'll probably wanna put 10mm-20mm spacers also depending on how much fender clearance you have... they do sit kinda far in

So I'm confused. It seems that the original question was never answered because I'm on stock suspension as well, and woud like to put Mazda3 wheels on the P5 too. It seems from what I read that 215/45/17 is the correct dimensions to go with for a stock P5 suspension, yet, at the same time it doesn't? Any help is greatly appreciated, pls!

Correct - stock P5 is 195/50-16 on a 6" wide wheel
205/45 is great for a 6.5" wide wheel (such as stock mz3 wheel)
215/45 is a little wide for a 6.5" wide wheel, but will work; it is more likely to rub, and is a more appropriate size for a 7" wide wheel (such as stock MSP)
215/40 is another option for a 7" wide wheel

Nah....it's just right..... lol

Took those at your request from my f/s thread. Of course a much better visual could be had if the wheel had some rubber and the car wasn't jacked up but you work with what you got. haha

I don't have the MSP springs anymore but it wasn't an issue when I had them. It is an issue if you use the factory P5 struts with them but if you use the full MSP assembly (struts + springs) it's not an issue.

Are you talking about the Mazda3 17" wheels? If so 205/40 is gonna be really small, ScratchNSniff had that size and HATED it.
