Does any one actually lowered the MSP already?

Personally, the reason I'm buying the car is its a complete package for the beginning, and I'm sure the suspension/engine is a more competent package then I am as a driver.

...as I said. And; I do intend on going to a BMW driving school this summer to help me where you stated your second point.

why would you ever want to lower the MSP? it is already "lowered" compared to the MP3. why would you want to screw up such a good suspension??? it doesn't make sense to me.

i don't know what crack your smoking to think the MSP is to high but give me some of that s*** because it must be GOOD!!(beer) (stoned)

Eh? I'm pretty sure the MSP is the same height as the MP3 other than negligble difference. The MP3 is SLIGHTLY lower than a P5 or Sedan.

I will be ordering my Spool springs whenever the hell my tax return gets in. I was never really a person who liked slammed rides, but I think 2" on the MP3 would do wonders. The wheel gap sucks, and its high ass back end look does not work very well for me... I can't wait ...

i guess you haven't seen the MSP up in person huh? i have and it's lower buy about an 1inch! on my mp3 i can fit my whole fist and then some under the back tires. on the MSP i can't fit my fist under the back tires. trust me put a MPe next two a MSP and you will see the diffrence.

BMW Driving School here at Memphis Motorsports Park. A Friend of mine instructs there.

You can see the difference in my garage. My wife has an '02 Protege ES. The 'SPEED sits lower. Of course; the 17" wheels and lower profile tires make a difference too. The ES wheels are 16".

I never noticed that the MSP was lower then the MP3 when I saw it. interesting, I never knew this. I'd imagine that with the front lip on the 2003.5, it'll be lower again in the front.

for info on bmw driving school just go ot bmwusa.com, on the top there is a link like driving experience of something and it gives a brief description on each of the programs.

You sir are the winner!

that would be entirely too much fun...of course my current ride (92 olds 88) probably wouldn't do it justice...

:(

Hey I finally saw an orange MSP today in person. It was parked and I parked next to it and did not notice it being any lower than my MP3. If it IS lower, it must be such a small difference.

Even though it was sunny, I must say, I'm glad I have a blue car ;). The orange just doesn't do it for me like I thought it would.
