do 22 in rims fit on 2011 cx9?

i just got a 2011 GT AWD cx9. stock 245x50x20.....I was thinking about 22 in for the summer.....does anyone know size and width I can go up to without any clearence issues?....I would really like to go to 22 in. and a little wider.....Any info will be apprieacted............Also, does anyone know of any good sites that have rims that dont cost $2,000? thanks

22" rims definitely do fit on a CX-9. Tirerack does provide a few options at that wheel size, they also seem to recommend a 265/35-22 tire size. The suggest wheel width is 9" - 9.5" for that tire size.

Unfortunately, I do not know of any other sites other than Tirerack. Perhaps others can chime in on recommendations.

Potholes? In the Northeast? Are you kidding? Roads are always smooth as a baby bottom up here.

I dont see the advantage, looks or otherwise to go from 20s to 22s...at some point it becomes over the top.

i always go to my local discount tire store. they price match tirerack.com and anyone else with a legitimate sales add, and most online stores. they even price match their own discounttiredirect.com site (their version of tirerack)
