I was wondering if there are updates available for the information screen in the CX-7... just bought mine a few weeks ago... 2010 sport model... base system.. no nav... for example... is there a third party software/firmware for the system... where you can customize some options... maybe update the firmware to support more bluetooth options...
E.g. I use my Droid 1 Verizon phone to stream audio through my BT Audio option... but no information is displayed on the info screen... maybe there's a firmware update or third party firmware that can allow this to show?
Also... is the screen that is in my vehicle able to support a nav system or does the screen have to be replaced? I'm sure I can figure out how to install a nav system to have the screen use it... or is there also a way to connect a DVD player for it? Not for the driver to watch, but moreso the one who gets bored easily and get's "car sick while reading, I wish I could watch a DVD right now..." person...
