Beats me. I'm just relaying information that I'm finding in every other place.

Maybe there's a new system that's been developed since the scam.

i dont know if it matters or not but those posts were made dec of last year. so maybe they made changes i dont know

Anything is possible. What brand is yours and where did you get it? It might help for further research.

here is what i did i called the company i bought it from called ProMotions. They told me that they have NEVER had any problems or complaints with the product. They said it is made by a company called SPLASH in Japan. my model is a MPWR i will get you the model # in a lil bit when i can find the damn box

K&G???

on the back of the box it says K&G racing technology and the number i see is 2002-109831 it is a DPS-MPWR

Secrets of DIRECT POWER SYSTEM 2 patented DPS technologies!!
1. about storage electric function
Positive electric code entangles with negative electric code, and the whole code becomes storage electric function.(Patent 1)
2. about coil function
DPS keeps the electrical current at a steady state by removing the irregular electric flow. (Patent 2)
Generally, vehicles have a reverse electric current when they generate electricity. Electric parts, such as headlights, direction indicator and the cell motor increase the electrical load and simultaneously weaken the battery voltage. At this time, the electric current goes contrary to the electrical flow, this is referred to as "reverse electrical current," and lowers the efficiency of the electric current. DPS helps to restrain the decrease of the voltage and reduces the reverse electrical current as much as possible, resulting in a smooth and stable electric current.

I'm still skeptical but I'll keep an open mind for now until I do some more (RTM)

Those power gains are small enough to imply that it could be standard variation. Not really conclusive. For that matter, dyno's are quite... Adjustable... If you catch my meaning. A capacitance 'reservior' would decrease the amount of time that the alternator would be charging, therefor reducing parasitic loss... But if you read up on the system, it just plain doesn't make any sense. These type of products have been around for a while, and really, most don't do much of anything, except for increase electrical efficiency, and some won't even do that.

so is it a scam?? is it worth having?? because to be honest i can notice the difference on my 3

Even if it were a scam, if YOU like what it's done, even if it is in your head, and you think it's worth it, then it is. =) A placebo that causes you to feel better is still a placebo, but you can't argue with results, right? =) I say keep it, if you think it's worth it, for sure!

bwhahaha, wires hooked up to a fuse! thats priceless(or in this case 250 ****** dollars), if i were you branden, i would open that s*** up to see if its the same. So what happens when the fuse blows is my question??!?

That thing was in Import Tuner last month, its not a scame and it works. it should be noted that there are alot things that look the same and dont do anything so buyer be where
