MSP is an MP3 with:

-different color options
-LSD
-Turbo
-different exhaust
-different kit on the 03.5+
-different interior things (knob, pedal, mp3 radio, stitching)
-thicker sway bars
-beefier axle
-different wheels

umm... I think that's it?

Ok, MSP is also different from MP3 in these:

From TheMAN's FAQ

What is different about the MazdaSpeed Proteg other than the turbo, suspension, body kit, color, stereo
system, brakes, drivetrain, exhaust and wheels?
There are many additions to the MazdaSpeed Proteg through the use of various European and
Japanese spec parts. Some of the highlights are:

Different oil pan for oil return line
Radiator used from the turbo diesel 323
Intercooler used from the turbo diesel 323 (meant for the RF-EI engine)
Additional fasteners to existing vacuum lines
Water cooled oil cooler unit mounted at oil filter fitting
Different front and rear O2 sensors
Different fuel injectors
Larger brake booster unit
Anti-reversion check valve on clutch master cylinder
Stronger release bearing and clutch pivot fork
air by-pass valve modified and used from the FD RX-7's

yes! it has a turbo and the mp3 doesn't.

is it possible for you to read and search or u need to be spoonfed everything??

when you have 4 threads asking things such as this and ignoring using the search button, it is more warranted.

you're just cranky that your MP3 isn't back yet :D

don't worry he'll be right-as-rain in about a week...
but seriously, don't be afraid to search a little bit. also, make some time and read theMan's Protege FAQ (link provided above).
