So you don't think that the building is at fault, for piling snow up in the direct path of the garage. A garage that is steep and comes from out of the ground?Alpha Wolf said:Hey I know it is a b**** to ding your new car..
I was backing up my then new Long Bed Extended Cab 4x4 truck (READ VERY TALL and VERY LONG) and I looked out the rear, stuck my head out the drivers side and looked at the right side mirror. Nothing seen but a parking bumper 3 feet farther back for the tire and an open space in the middle of this parking log.
Hoever, I failed to notice before I originally aligned the truck that they had this 2' cement filled pole just tall enouth to hit my bumper. So here I am slowly carefully backing my new truck back and BANG it stops!. I get out cannot believe it when I see that I put a dent in my new trucks bumper and here is this pole that cannot be seen unless you walked around first.
Still it was MY FAULT. I was driving.... Not the ass hat who stuck a pole iin the middle of a freaking parking lot... You were driving. You hit a stationary object. You need to take responsibility for your failure to clear yourself properly and not try to make someone else pay for your mistake. (five-0)
Still sucks
