Defective z919

Hey has anyone elses decks buttons died? The volume button gets stuck or doesnt work. The Source button is nearly dead... would warrenty cover this?

i never had that problem, but i had mine replaced 3 times for defect reasons. Finally i got a z828 and have had no problems since.

my sound diesd, but buttons were good.

Mine wouldnt play cd's.

and My screen blacked out on me.

not having a detachable face also blows.

I'm glad mine got stolen now! I got a better radio as a result. Not having a detachable face just screams, "Take me, take me NOW!!"

I got my 919 replaced once but that was over a year ago. I heard that when the 919s ran out they would only be replacing with the 828s.

The 828 is better right. the 919 has the blue and purple on it though.. isn't the 828 just solid black

i have had both, the z828 is much better. Only feature it doesnt have is the motorized faceplate, when you nee to put a cd in.
