Hmm, according to Joe the stock BPV was holding fine all the way up to 18PSI. I haven't had any issues with my BPV for the 30k miles at 12PSI it has been great. True it doesn't have that same "cool" factor a BOV does but hey it works. Also Joe's MBC is very small and very easy to remove just hope you did not get the bad, dry, brittle, easily cracked/split stock wastegate/bpv hoses I had.
