All are good choices but you should try to listen to as many different types as you can and see what you like the best. Better deals can also be found on ebay if you choose to go that route. Fitting 6.5s in the front door is not a problem, you just have to build a mounting ring or purchase an adapter plate from soemwhere like sounddomain.com

sweet, ya I like a smoother sounding speaker. Anything to bright and it only sound good with hip hop, makes rock stuff to harsh. I dont really have a place in my area to take a listen to the ones you listed. Which one would you say fits what I'm looking for the best?

I'm all about custom components. Buy the drivers you like and build you own crossovers (or buy some pre-built passives that are pretty close to spec, or go active). Too much fun!
I'm planning on seeing how the stock MSP tweets sound when paired with a good mid (got a few in the closet to experiment with), some a/d/s passive crossovers and driven by 75w. The cost will be somewhere between $40-80 depending on which set of mids I go with.

Actually...these were most of the speakers that I was gonna recommend...or...if you stretch your budget 50$ more, you can bump up to JL VRs and other things. Boston Acoustics FS series aren't bad sounding for the money, either.
As for where to listen, check out JLaudio.com's dealer locator. Most place's that carry JL will carry some other good stuff. I like Eclipse as well, but I don't think their components fit your price range. There's also 3 tweeters in AL...you can check tweeter.com to see if they're near you.
well if there is not a lot of options where you live to listen to speakers -- then maybe try looking online if you havent already --- and you can find good deals that will give you more options for the money you want to spend

I'd try a couple different spots, if you can get ones that'll mount with the speaker that's liekyl the easiest method, aside from that it's be either cutting into your door panel somewhere, or making some form of "bridge" like Servo recently did for Matthew, or you coudl go for kick-panel (which is where I'm thinking Mine'll end up) Best bet is to 2-sided tape thm in a couple different spots for awhile and see where you like it best.
