Death wobble

I completed my engine swap. But now when I get on the highway, at ~60mph and up, the passenger side front wheel violently shakes. It feels as if the car will loose control or the wheel will break off. Could this be an issue of me putting the left tire on the right side and visa-vera? It also usually only happens when veering right on the highway.

Sounds like a wheel bearing, or a lugnut not tightened

thanks! it turned out the whole wheel assembly was not on tight. Next to the brakes, i dont know the specific term for it.
