Dealership has not heard of reflash

Went to dealership because of hesitation. They entered my vehicle number and didn't get any notice of a reflash for the MSPs. They told me that they couldn't perform the reflash without a recall or memo from Mazda saying the reflash needed to be performed. My car has absolutely no power. I need help!!!

Go to another dealership. Call the service manager before you go, though.

You should have told them to call MNA and find out. You should have also told them that you knew of other people who had gotten the flash as well. (Just don't ever tell them you get your info off a message board!!!)
Quote the file name to them and tell them that you only want to deal with the Mazdaspeed tech on this!
Or go to another dealership!!!

cam what CA dealership are you going to? I know you are in Oxnard, you should drive to Thousand Oaks mazda. They reflashed my car, and many others.
