In my point of view from working at a dealership, i would say that it is most likly a touchless wash though you do have some carless kid raggin on your car plus being that it is free they wont spend much time on it, take it from me even though i could get mine done free i still wash my sh*t.
the whole free cash was is just to (kissass) im positive it wont look as good as if you do it yourself.
