LOL so I bring my car in because the TOB has been making noise( Since 9500 miles), So they call me tell me they can't hear it yea right!!! They call back and say they can hear it know but it's not loud enough for them to fix it??(blah) WTF does that mean.. O wait cause I', at 11,800 miles they figure wait till I go over 12k and then charge me for it when I come back complaining that it's louder.. Who says it's not loud enough for us to fix it. Is it rattling, Yup, Dose the noise go away when you press the clutch? Yup FIX IT..

They said the clutch or TOB would only be covered under the 1 year 12 mile warrenty??

Did you tell them this is what is going to happen? What dealer?

"I can hear your engine knocking but its not knocking loud enough to fix it."

They told me, That wear an tear parts, IE Brakes and the clutch parts would only be under 12k or one year. .The kicker is I went in an played the dumb customer and the shuttle guy was telling me what it was and it would be covered.. LOL

I like the knocking but not loud enough, ,AHHAAH

Wellsley Mazda over on RT 9.

Just drive it and wait to have your tranny worked on when it needs it, I have 28k on mine and its been noisey for awhile now..im not really worried about it until it start to get hard to engage and dis-engage. I hate having someone disassemble my car when it still drives fine. And even if you put a new one in and start driving your car hard it will more than likely start to rattle again anyways.

Becasue I know what a bad TOB sounds like.. Growling/ knocking, Nickle in a can noise that goes away when you push in the clutch pedal.. Also there is a scrapping sound that they said they fixed" Backing plate" BS man the noise is still there heard it this morning and it also goes away when you press the clutch in??
