I thought the AC was still fully functional on both thumper options and the sleeper kit. Or he is saying that his new exhaust will eliminate the AC?

he doesn't have the thumper nor sleeper and all them keep the ac. This is just do to the custom exhaust he is doing on his setup.

There isn't any room unless you weld it in early.

it's the WG i rode it the car once it sound's loud as hell too

As vindication pointed out I'm full custom turbo.. nothing MAM on mine... just because that is how the car was when I bought it from Spool ITS. I'm putting in a 3" DP coming off a cast 2.75" O2 manifold for my 16G... so it's HUGE and my turbo is centered on the motor which means I am relocating my thermostat remotely AND removing my AC.
