MAF clamp

^ That's exactly why I haven't bought one yet.

If someone were to use a MAF clamp instead of the BCD, wouldn't the DashHawk read the correct boost pressure? Or does messing with MAF readings throw off MAP readings too?

its not a MAF clamp, its a MAP clamp... the map sensor sends a voltage to the ecu which is translated into a pressure reading. the map clamp "clamps" that signal to not read higher than Xpsi...
 
I knew it was a MAP clamp at one point... confused myself with the acronyms. Guess there goes that idea, cause the MAP clamp will throw off the ECU boost readings.
