Dash Gauges do not work, fuse related

I have a 91 miata and every gauge but the speed stop working,also the turn signals stop aswell. it keeps blowing the same fuse i keep replacing it and it still keeps blowing out. If anyone has and fixes it would greatly appreciated. And the fuse will only blow if the car is running or being drove, it will not blow if i have just have the car turned on to asseseries. Thanks

Found the issue for anyone having the same problem, if you have the automatic transmission the overdrive wire running down from the shifter rubed raw and was shorting out if anyone is have the same problem.
