Darn CEL keeps coming on

I installed an AEM SRI and my CEL keeps coming on.
I removed the negative battery cable, applied the brakes and it went off. But after driving it for a few days it always comes back on.

Do I need to adjust the sensor or something so that it recognizes the new intake?

are you positive you plugged the air intake temperature sensor back in?

Check the hoses from the purge solenoid. I kept throwing a CEL and that was my problem. One had come loose and I didn't notice it till after I took the intake off and on like 3 times.
