so what can be wrong

do you think i'm eligible for the lemon law and get another car from them or my money back

dunno it's a 1st year production and mazda hasn't been as secretive about the issues as say...mitsubishi(headshake

and it is the mazda 3 series(spin)

take it in and complain....if nothing is resolved get corperate into the loop

CEL and A/C dont sound lemon worthy to me.

Take it to your dealership and have them fix it. Be nice but let them know how much this is bothering you. If your dealership fights at all or tries to make you feel like you are making too big a deal out of these things and nit picking then just go to another dealership. If you find one with a good service department they will take care of you and be just as concerned about recurring problems with yuor brand new car as you are.

hell yeah - i agree - this might be a small problem but i dont want to have to get frustrated all the time - hell, its a NEW car, it should act like one

I know the feeling I had pully replaced at 4k miles on odo and my automatic still shifts like $#!+ in auto and starting in manual mode. 1st year productions are a pain...just keep on you toes for the wds updates and other misc things released to correct a problem. As stated before find another dealership or pull their hoe card and call the # I posed above.

okay, but no reply to my post ? ? ?
Good question...I guess some have nothing better to do than bring up the pointless and OBVIOUS "M3 is a BMW" bulls***...

Mazda3 forum Mods...please delete all pointless "M3 is a BMW" posts...

It could be worse. You could have bought a new Edsel or Pinto when they came out.

There's problems in life. Just remind yourself that they get a lot worse than a light on a dashboard and the lack of cold air in a car, and you'll feel better.

All you can do is go through the normal problem-solving process, and in that, I wish you luck. Let us know how it goes!

Hell yeah! It could be like my 2000 Jetta, burning oil like crazy, windows dropping in the middle of the night at -20 C (pissed) ., air flow valves disconnecting.... Thank god I got rid of that lemon!!!
