Cyl 1 missfire need input/ help!

I have the same issue after I installed ZE cams, one of them repinned. I think that the overlap somehow screws something up. Im thinking knock sensor. maybe a small resistor could fool the ecu to give you a bit of tolerance. I have yet to adjust the idle so it idles a bit low. check all your vacuum lines as well, specially any that are close to cylinder 1
