CX-9 stress fractures?

Just curious...is there is anyone else out there experiencing stress fractures in the body of the car. We first noticed one on the left side...next to the joint...next to the front headlight. Now...we have one starting on the right side in the exact same spot. We r the only owner...and have had no impact...as inferred by the dealership.

There is another thread on this forum entitled "disappointed with the CPO warranty" or something similar. There is a TSB referenced in there that covers this exact problem. Your photo looks like it was copied out of the TSB document (it's on the internet). You have a textbook case, I'd say.

Very disappointed with Mazda CPO warranty

I have a 2017 Mazda CX-9 Signature. Currently, the car has about 45k miles. I bought the car as Mazda Certified pre-owned and the CPO comes with extended powertrain warranty until 100k miles or 2024, plus I also got my "bumper-to-bumper" original warranty extended for another 12mo/12k miles...

See link. This is what I had on my 2017 CX-9. Luckily, after some major headaches, it was all fixed under the CPO warranty.
