2007~2015 CX-9 Liftgate latch handle is sticky / not working

:
2010 CX-9 FWD Touring
Liftgate latch handle is sticky / not working on my 2010 Touring w/power liftgate. If you go to open the liftgate, often I find the handle stuck in the open position. I often have to work it closed.

Lubricating the handle indiscriminately (since I can't see well inside the mechanism) works for a couple weeks, then its stuck again. Anyone run across this and have a permanent fix? Thanks!

Hello to all Mazda enthusiasts. I'm new so please be understanding.

I also have a problem with the flap but not a bit and I have not found an answer to my problem.
Maybe someone can help me
The hatch was dismantled, the handle removed and treated with vinegar and baking soda to get rid of the rust that was blocking the spring in the handle. Now it started to reflect correctly again, so it should work properly with the microswitch.
But not.
The opening and closing with the remote control works, so the actuators are operational.
The traditional handle opening also works.
The problem, however, is with the opening from the button under the steering wheel.
After pressing it, you can hear the bolt as it releases, but the hatch does not go up, so after a while it locks again.
Oddly enough, closing with the same button works.
I thought that the same microswitch that is at the handle is responsible for opening and closing, but why don't I want to open it, but it can close it.
Where to look?

I'm not sure what would cause the remote to work but not the switch by the steering wheel.
My spring was extremely rusted well beyond repair, so I replaced the entire handle. I don't have a working power lift gate anymore since my liftgate arm ripped itself out of the liftgate: 2010 CX-9 power lift-gate - How to re-attach control arm?
I couldn't do it myself, so the car went to an electromechanic. It turned out that there was a short circuit on the module. Something slightly wet was like snow got through the hole at the jack and flooded my module behind the left wheel arch. Paid PLN 300 and fixed. It's a pity that I didn't know where to look for this module because I would probably try to fix it myself
