CX-9 2.5T Throttle body clean?

Anyone done 2.5T Throttle body clean?

I only found this online, is it necessary to do it? I can take the part off from my cx5 2.5 but seems like not easy to do for cx9?

Well it does go thru the TB but I am not sure how effective this is. It goes thru the turbo and likely get evaporated then it goes thru the intercooler before it reaches TB then the intake valves.
