CX-7 NAV and Navtech

I have the CX-7 with navigation and I know there are no plans for navtech to release new dvd's specifically for the CX-7. So why not use a dvd from navtech made for a toyota or lexus?? This may be a stupid question to ask but do you think it would be a problem??

I guess I would see if you could find a combo dealer, somebody that does more than mazda, and see if they will let you put another disc in to see if it will work.
