CX-7 Air Intake suggestions?

Sorry if this is already posted...but i have limted time. I have a 2008 CX7 GT, looking for an aftermarket air intake, to improve performance along with gas mil....I've seen a couple of them online, but I have no experience with this what so ever...NEED HELP...Also, looking to upgrade the exhaust...I don't want it screaming, but i do enjoy a little more throttle noise then what factory has.

Any help would be AWESOME....and suggestions!!!!

I'm thinking about the stage 2 one from corksport. Pretty impressive numbers from what I can see. I was also impressed by the hks one but I could just be a brand *****
